Vice President / Chief Nursing Officer

SUMMARY: Responsible for supervising nurses and nurse managers, facilitating the design and implementing the delivery of patient care, recommending strategies to improve services, reaching established goals, maintaining satisfactory outcomes and contributing to profitability.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following, but other duties may be assigned: Creating a positive, collaborative work environment Developing and implementing objectives, policies and procedures Ensuring that operations comply with established standards and regulations Preparing and overseeing business reports, including annual budgets Providing guidance to staff and acting as resource to colleagues Directing personnel functions, including recruiting, hiring and retention of staff and handling disciplinary actions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
